Your RepeatMD account is where the practice keeps anything that carries over between visits. What appears there is specific to Smiles of Cary and to you, so the app is always the current answer.

Smiles of Cary offers membership plans through RepeatMD. The plans on offer, what each one includes and what it costs are all shown in the app, so you are reading the current terms rather than a summary of them.
When the practice is running an offer or making gift cards available, they appear in RepeatMD for patients with an account. There is nothing to clip and no code to remember.
Financing is handled separately from RepeatMD. Our Patient Financing page carries the application itself, so start there rather than in the app.
Go to the practice’s own RepeatMD address from any browser, on a phone or a computer. You will create an account or sign in the first time you visit.
Once you are signed in, the app shows the rewards, memberships and offers Smiles of Cary has made available — and what applies to your account specifically.
