I would just like to say that I had the best dental experience with all of you,Dr.Ferzli was just wonderful and LeLe was just the kindest and most patient person ever I know I was making her nuts with all the questions I had for her.I will most certainly get Dr. Ferzli name out there because I was really treated with the most kindness and he was so understanding,alot of people just want to make money and not really pay attention to ones needs without being in a hurry,he was very busy but still gave me the time for what I needed and also did not rush me with all the questions I had.I actually could keep writing but I guess you all have work to do.Keep up the wonderful job and smiling faces because the first impression means so much. I knew as soon as the woman who answered the phone when I called the office not knowing if they would even try to get me in she did,so now I have the greatest dentist ever. From my first step inside the office with a warm welcome from Christie to the end of the visit, I was comfortable. Bobbie was AMAZING. I'm normally not too fond of visiting the dentist, which is why my oral hygiene wasn't where I wanted it to be. Bobbie explained everything to me, and was very comforting. I felt I could trust her, and ready to come back to the dentist when I need to. I will want to make your Dr. Ferzli's office my permanent dentists and invite people. Dr. Ferzli and staff went above and beyond...as usual, to make a big baby like me feel as comfortable as possible. I went years without taking care of my teeth because I was so scared of the dentist.
